**Brand** is the heart of white-labeling: here you define the **Primary color** and the **Accent color** (color pickers), the **Product name** your customers will see, and the **Default language** (ES/EN/IT). You can also set your own **Terms and conditions URL** and your own **Privacy policy URL** — if you leave either empty, your customers see the Platform's default legal pages instead. Tap **Save changes** to apply them. Below, three image uploads: **Logo (light background)**, **Logo (dark background)** and **Favicon** — each with its own **Upload** button. > **Warning — Rebranding changes the look, not the legal guarantees** > > These settings rebrand the console's shell and the widget your tenants' end customers see: on your > account, your customers will see your brand instead. The EU AI Act's transparency notice (Art. 50) — > that the end customer always knows they're talking to an AI, on every channel and language — keeps > showing up the same way under your brand (Manual 35); it can't be turned off from this console or from > any brand setting. ## Your own domain: your customers logging in with your URL At the bottom of the **Brand** page, under **"Your own domain"**, you can connect your own domain (for example `app.youragency.com`) so your customers access the platform with your URL instead of the default one. This section only applies to accounts in **White label** mode — if your account is in **Referral** mode, you won't see it. ### Procedure: registering your domain **Requirements:** Owner role; access to your own domain's DNS management. 1. Under **"Your domain"**, type the full domain you want to use (for example `app.youragency.com`) and confirm to register it. 2. The console gives you the two values you need to set up with your DNS provider: the **Name** (your own domain) and the **Value** (a CNAME record pointing to the Platform's infrastructure) — each with its own independent **Copy** button. 3. Set up that CNAME record on your domain provider's panel (outside the Platform). **Result:** your domain stays with the **"Pending verification"** status until the system detects the DNS is now pointing correctly. > **Note — "Refresh status" doesn't force a new check** > > The system automatically checks your DNS every 15 minutes in the background. The **"Refresh status"** > button doesn't trigger an instant check — it only re-reads on screen the result of the last check already > done. If you just configured your DNS record, wait up to 15 minutes and then tap "Refresh status" (or > reload the page) to see if it's been detected yet. > **Warning — "Verified" isn't the same as "already serving real traffic"** > > In this first version, **"Verified"** status only confirms your DNS record points correctly — it's the > necessary foundation, but for now your customers still access through the Platform's default URL while > hosting under your own domain isn't available yet. There's no "verify now" button: only the two states > "Pending verification" and "Verified" exist. ### Procedure: removing your domain 1. Under "Your own domain", tap **"Remove domain"**. 2. Confirm explicitly in the notice — there's no silent replacement: to register a new one you'll have to remove the current one first.
