In **Plans** you manage the **catalog of plans YOU offer your customers** — separate from your own seat
plan with the Platform (Manual 39). While you haven't created any, you'll see "No plans yet".

## Procedure: creating a plan

**Requirements:** Owner role — the rest of your team sees the Plans catalog read-only.

1. Tap **Create plan**.
2. Type the **Slug** (unique identifier: lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens — can't be changed
afterward) and confirm or change the **Currency** (EUR by default).
3. Type the plan's visible **Name** and a short **Description**.
4. Type the **Monthly price**, in the currency stated above.
5. If you don't want that customer to see the plan's price or limits, check **"Hide detail from the
customer (custom plan)"**: the customer will see the plan's name but not its price or detailed limits.
It works both for a general plan in your catalog and for one designed for a specific customer (for
example, a bespoke plan negotiated with a customer based on their volume).
6. Below that, the **capabilities** editor replaces the old free-text fields with a guided form with
four sections — "Core instances" (channels by type: WhatsApp, Telegram, Web Widget…), "Plan
capabilities" (agents, flows, tasks, Copilot Assistant, API keys, MCP servers, document templates),
"Integrations" (one row per integration, plus the "All integrations" toggle) and "Consumption
quotas" (conversations and marketing sends for the month). Every numeric row has a closed
   **Number | Unlimited | No** selector — never a free-text field.
7. Next to every numeric row you'll see **"Remaining: N"** — how much of your own pool with the
Platform is left for that key (see "Your capabilities pool" below). You can't set a value above your
available pool. The individual integration rows (and the "All integrations" toggle) show up
**read-only**, with the notice "You can't turn this on from here — ask your provider to activate the
pool first": your provider activates the integrations pool, it isn't distributed from here.
8. If you're unsure about a capability's exact JSON, the advanced mode (the "View/edit JSON" dropdown)
shows and validates that same raw content — never unvalidated free text.
9. Tap **Create plan**.

**Result:** the plan shows up in the Plans table as **version v1**, in **Active** status, with 0
subscribers.

> **Note — Only if your charging mode is "Their Stripe (Connect)"**
>
> Whether you need your Stripe charging connection already started (Manual 39, section 4 "Charging
> customers") to save your own plan (with or without "Hide detail from the customer") depends on your
> **charging mode** (Manual 39, section 3) — a setting the Platform's team sets, not you. If your mode is
> **"Their Stripe (Connect)"** (the most common one) and you haven't started it yet, saving is rejected
> with a notice asking you to complete it first. If your mode is **"Platform's Stripe"** or **"External"**,
> you can create and save plans without having touched Stripe Connect.

> **Note — "Unlimited" only goes as far as your own pool**
>
> Choosing "Unlimited" on a numeric row doesn't skip your own pool with the Platform: it still counts
> against it exactly like a specific number does — "Unlimited" means "no cap of this plan's own", not
> "free against my pool".
