**Requirements:** Owner role — same permission as creating a plan (section 1). 1. On the row of the version you want to retire, tap **Archive**. 2. Confirm in the notice: *"'[plan name]' (vN) will be archived. Existing subscribers aren't affected; it will stop being offered on new sign-ups."* **Result:** that version moves to **Archived** status and loses its "New version"/"Archive" actions in the table — it can no longer be contracted on new sign-ups, but customers who already had it contracted **aren't affected**: they stay on that version normally.
