Your provider assigns you a **pool** for each capability — how many agents, flows, channels by type, API keys, etc. you can distribute across ALL your plans and customers at once. It isn't a usage limit: it's deducted when you **assign** a plan or **edit the copy** of a customer (“Adjusting a specific customer's capabilities” section, Manual 38, section 5) — not when that customer actually creates the object. That's why you can see your pool as “spent” even if none of your customers has created a single agent yet.

1. In the side menu, go to **Plans** and click **“Capabilities pool”**.

The screen shows two blocks:

- A **key · pool · assigned · remaining** table — one row per capability.
- **“Your customers”**: a matrix table with one column per capability in your pool and one row per customer, showing what's assigned to each one — useful to see at a glance who's using your pool and on what.

> **Notice — If your provider reduces your pool below what's already assigned**
>
> Nothing is deleted or deactivated for your existing customers: it only blocks NEW assignments or increases of that capability until it's back below the pool — a notice on the row explains it.
