Requirements: Owner role — same permission as creating a plan (section 1).
- On the row of the version you want to retire, tap Archive.
- Confirm in the notice: ”‘[plan name]’ (vN) will be archived. Existing subscribers aren’t affected; it will stop being offered on new sign-ups.”
Result: that version moves to Archived status and loses its “New version”/“Archive” actions in the table — it can no longer be contracted on new sign-ups, but customers who already had it contracted aren’t affected: they stay on that version normally.
