Announcements sends a notice to all your active tenants, via bell and email according to each recipient’s preferences.
Requirements: Owner role — it’s an organization-wide send to ALL your tenants at once, the same financial/organization-wide permission as Brand and Your own domain (section 1); the rest of your team sees the Announcements history but can’t send a new one.
- Type the Title and the Message — plain text, no HTML formatting or links (a remaining-characters counter is visible).
- Tap Send announcement.
The Announcements history, below, keeps the ones you’ve already sent.
