Who this is for: a new partner (Owner) who wants to resell Aymar Agents under their own brand — before this walkthrough, your console works, but your customers see Aymar Agents’s default brand instead of yours.
Requirements: an active partner account with the Owner role — Brand, Domain, Plans and Team are Owner-only actions (Getting started); a Member can follow the customer-onboarding step, but not the brand, domain or plans steps.
What you’ll end up with
Section titled “What you’ll end up with”By the end, your customers log into their Platform under your domain (or the default domain while you verify yours), with your logo, your colors and your default language — never the “Aymar Agents” name visible. You’ll have at least one plan of your own, with your own price, ready to assign. And your first customer already exists: their administrator can log in and start configuring their agent.
Steps in the console
Section titled “Steps in the console”-
Log into your console with your email and password — it’s a separate application from your customers’ Platform, with its own login. See Access and summary.
-
Customize your brand, under Brand: choose your primary color and accent color, enter your product name (what your customers see instead of “Aymar Agents”), your default language and, if you want to replace the Platform’s default legal pages, your own terms and conditions and privacy policy URLs — leave them empty to keep the Platform’s defaults. Upload your three images: light-background logo, dark-background logo and favicon. Tap Save changes.

Colors, product name, language and legal pages — plus the three logos that replace the Platform's own brand everywhere your customer looks. -
Register your own domain, on the same Brand screen, under “Your own domain”: type the full domain you want to use (for example
app.youragency.com). The console gives you the Name and Value of the CNAME record you need to add with your domain provider — outside the Platform. Your domain stays in “Pending verification” status until the system detects the DNS record (it checks automatically every 15 minutes; “Refresh status” only re-reads the latest result, it doesn’t force a new check).
While the DNS isn't verified yet, your customers keep logging in through the Platform's default URL — nothing breaks. -
Create your first plan, under Plans: tap “Create plan” and fill in the guided form — name, price, currency, core instances (channels, agents, flows…) and the integrations it includes. The editor itself deducts every capacity from your own pool with the Platform in real time, so you can never create a plan that exceeds what you have available. See Your plans and AI catalog.

Your plan is published with its own price — ready to assign to a customer in the next step. -
Onboard your first customer, under Customers: tap “New customer”, enter the business name, the email and initial password for their administrator, choose the language and, if applicable, their vertical. See Customers.

The same sign-up mechanism the public self-service registration uses — only triggered by you, as a partner. -
Assign your plan to the new customer, from the Plans table: tap “Assign” on the plan’s row, confirm the target customer — their subscription changes instantly.
What your customer sees
Section titled “What your customer sees”Their administrator logs into the Platform under your brand: your logo, your colors and your product name on every screen, in every email they get and in the widget they install on their own site — never “Aymar Agents”. If you’ve already verified your own domain, they log in through your URL; if not, they keep using the Platform’s default URL without anything breaking. And if you have the documentation portal enabled for your brand, their public documentation lives under your own docs subdomain, with the same customization.
What to configure
Section titled “What to configure”- Brand: colors, product name, default language, legal pages (optional) and the three logos.
- Own domain: optional but recommended — while it’s not verified, your customers use the default URL with no issue at all.
- At least one plan of your own: with your price and the capacities it includes, within your pool.
- The first customer: business name, administrator and, if applicable, vertical.
Limits and honesty
Section titled “Limits and honesty”- Brand, Domain, Plans and Team are actions exclusive to the Owner role — a Member can see them but can’t save changes to them.
- The “Verified” domain status only confirms your DNS points correctly — it’s the necessary foundation, but hosting under your own domain is a later step; in the meantime your customers keep logging in through the Platform’s default URL.
- Every capacity in a new plan is deducted from your own pool with the Platform — you can’t offer more than what your provider assigned you. See Your plans and AI catalog, the “Your capacity pool” section.
- There’s no bulk “delete” button for your brand or domain: every change is saved or undone one at a time, from the same screen.
