The Wallet is your wholesale balance with the Platform: in white-label mode, it’s the credit that covers the real AI usage (tokens) your customers generate when you don’t use your own provider key (BYOK, Manual 40). It’s a balance separate from your seat quota (section 2): the seat quota is how much you pay to be able to have customers signed up; the wallet is what covers their AI usage.
The balance, top-up amounts and transactions are always shown in your contract currency (Manual 37, section 4) — euros or dollars, the same throughout your console, never mixed.
Procedure: topping up your balance
Section titled “Procedure: topping up your balance”Requirements: Owner role — it’s a financial account action, the rest of your team sees the Wallet read-only.
- Go into Wallet.
- Under Top up balance, choose one of the preset amounts, in your contract currency — in this example, €100, €500 (5% discount), €1,000 (10% discount) or €5,000 (15% discount) — and tap Buy.
Result: Stripe Checkout opens (outside the console) with the chosen amount; your balance updates as soon as Stripe confirms the payment through its own webhook — not the instant you return from checkout, same as with a tenant’s subscription (Manual 34, section 9). Below, Transactions lists your top-up and usage history (next section).
Automatic top-up
Section titled “Automatic top-up”To avoid running out of balance mid-month, you can configure a Threshold and a Top-up amount (both in your contract currency): when the balance falls below the threshold, the stated amount is topped up automatically. Tap Save to turn it on, or Turn off automatic top-up to disable it.
Transactions: your wallet’s history, with “Load more”
Section titled “Transactions: your wallet’s history, with “Load more””Every row in Transactions shows the Date, the Type of transaction, the Amount (signed: positive if it adds balance, negative if it subtracts it) and the Balance after the transaction. If you have more transactions than fit on the first screen, a “Load more” button shows up below the table: each tap brings the next block without losing what was already loaded, and the button disappears once there are no more — it’s real pagination, not a truncated list.
The Type column shows each transaction’s type in your language:
